1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using LaserOdds, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally permitted to engage with sports betting content in your jurisdiction.

The Service is intended primarily for users located in Brazil. Users from jurisdictions where online sports betting is illegal must not use the Service to engage with bookmakers.

2. Nature of the Service

LaserOdds is an odds comparison tool. We display real-time betting odds from third-party bookmakers and allow users to compare them. We do not accept bets, hold funds, process payments, or operate as a bookmaker.

All bets are placed directly with third-party bookmakers, each of which operates under its own terms and licenses. LaserOdds is not responsible for the conduct, payouts, or practices of any bookmaker listed on the Service.

3. Affiliate disclosure

LaserOdds participates in affiliate marketing programs with several bookmakers. When you click an outbound link to a bookmaker through our Service and subsequently register or deposit funds, we may receive a commission from that bookmaker.

You pay nothing additional as a result of these affiliate relationships. Odds, bonuses, and bookmaker terms are identical to what you would receive registering directly with the bookmaker.

We display all bookmakers honestly based on their odds, including bookmakers with whom we have no affiliate relationship. Our rankings and presentations are not influenced by affiliate commission rates.

4. User responsibilities

You agree to use the Service lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of odds before placing any bet, as odds may change between the time displayed on LaserOdds and the time you confirm a bet with a bookmaker.

You are solely responsible for all decisions you make regarding sports betting, including financial decisions, account management with bookmakers, and tax obligations arising from your betting activity.

5. Prohibited uses

You may not: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to interfere with the Service's operation; scrape, copy, or redistribute our data without authorization; use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service; impersonate another person; or use the Service to harm minors or vulnerable persons.

6. Intellectual property

All content on LaserOdds, including but not limited to design, code, layout, branding, and original written material, is the property of LaserOdds or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Bookmaker logos and brand names displayed on the Service are the property of their respective owners and are used under fair-use principles for comparison purposes.

7. Third-party links

The Service contains links to third-party websites operated by bookmakers and other partners. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those websites. When you click an outbound link, you leave LaserOdds and become subject to the terms of the third-party site.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds displayed. Odds change frequently and may be out of date by the time you view them.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaserOdds and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to financial losses from betting, losses arising from inaccurate odds, or losses from third-party bookmaker disputes.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LaserOdds, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last modified. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law
